With staff across several geographically disparate sites in the US, MovePlan seamlessly execute a continuous, challenging and complex move schedule. This involves a varied combination of offices, laboratories and specialist equipment. The key factor common to all the client’s sites, is the requirement to undertake relocations within the framework of a refurbishment schedule. Furniture is often reallocated and re-used, requiring staff to often occupy a succession of different locations, prior to being moved into their final position. Clarity of communication to all vendors, interested parties and staff is paramount when delivering minimum disruption to operations.
